We offer a 1 Year Exchange Warranty and 50% Return Cashback on eligible products purchased from our store.

1 Year Exchange Warranty

Our 1 Year Exchange Warranty covers manufacturing defects and plating issues under normal usage conditions.

• Valid for 1 year from the date of delivery.
• Applicable only on selected jewellery products.
• Customers can exchange the product for the same or another item of equal value.
• Products must not be physically damaged, broken, or mishandled.
• Original invoice or proof of purchase is required.

50% Return Cashback Policy

If you wish to return your product, we offer up to 50% cashback of the product value, depending on product condition and eligibility.

• Return request must be raised within 30 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Products showing signs of damage or wear may not qualify.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized products, sale items, gift cards, and personal care products are not eligible for return or cashback.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status. Approved cashback refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
